1. Personal data we process

We process the personal data you voluntarily provide via our contact form: name, email address, phone number, destination of interest and the content of your message. We also collect technical information (IP address, submission date, referring page) for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

2. Purpose

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a tailored quotation.
• Manage the commercial relationship if you eventually book one of our services.
• Send you information about upcoming hunts and seasons only if you have expressly opted in.

The legal basis for the processing is your express consent, given when submitting the form (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), and the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).

Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to deal with your request and thereafter for any legal periods that apply (typically 5 years for accounting purposes). Enquiries that do not lead to a booking will be deleted after no more than 12 months.
